A meal in Vienna ends with coffee — and ours comes from the city. Alt Wien has been roasting Viennese coffee since the late 1980s, run by Christian Schrödl since 2000, gently and slowly, much of it organic and fair trade. “Not too light, not too dark, as fresh as possible” is the philosophy.
